How To Lose Weight Diet Exercise Calorie Counting?

Hi, The weight loss calculator may say that I need to eat 1,200 calories per day to lose weight. But I don't think that I can cut enough food from my diet to reach that number. That's OK. I can simply add exercise to my weekly routine to account for a few extra calories. Deserve your tips, please.
