I am so happy to have found this site again. I am looking for some great support and encouragement. I've been with Weight Watchers again now for a month and I am not doing so well so I hope I can get the help I need here.

I am restarting the plan! I was going to meeting but hit a plateau and meeting time did not work with mt schedule. So now I am online and NEED support to stay compliant.

Yes I'm back and I know the program works - it's not just the program it is other aspects (tracking, exercise, me time etc.).

Hi, my name is Maria. I had been very successful back in 2010 and lost over 100 pounds - unfortunately, I got way off track and gained all my weight back. I started back with WW about a month and a half ago and am back! I got all my favorite recipes from this site back when I was successful, so wanted to come back and be a part of this group again!

I need help. Figured maybe this was the place? It was almost exactly 6 years ago that I joined this forum. (Although it's been around 3 1/2 years since I was really active in these forums.)
I had a great run for seven years (2007 to 2013). The last 3 years have been rough. The last year has been really bad. The last five months have been TERRIBLE.
Before I get into it, is anyone still around these days?
