Hey what people think of rowing machines. I have a treadmill and a stationary bike. I do not like the bike, I do not feel that job. The treadmill is fine. But I use to go to the gym that has a rowing machine and I think it was great, it seems to work every heart muscle and get going. What do people think about benefits rowing machine?
