2 egg roll wrappers
3/4 c diced fruit- I have used peaches, apples, and pears
1 tsp Truvia or Stevia
Spices-I use a little apple pie spice if using apples or pears.
Fold wrapper and cut off small strip of long end to make square, put half the fruit in the middle, brush the edges with cold water and a pastry brush, fold and press to seal,
Preheat oven to 350. put turnover on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam, then spray the tops of the turnovers with pam and sprinkle a little Truvia on top, bake for 20 mins

You can also cut the wrappers into 1/4's or use won ton wrappers to make small turnovers.
These also work well to fill with fat free cream cheese and fruit to make blintzs
