I'm new to Weight Watchers and while I mostly understand the points plus system, I am confused on alcohol. Most of the info I find online says a shot of vodka, whiskey, etc, is 4 points. However, when I put the nutritional info for a shot of vodka into the points plus calculator, it comes up 1 point. Since alcohol is only carbs, no protein, fat, fiber, I'm wondering how they are coming up with 4 points? If anyone can shed light on this, I would appreciate it.
